In a speech to a joint session of Congress, Donald President Trump received a thunderous ovation as he paid tribute to a Navy Seal Ryan Owens, who died in a US raid on a suspected al-Qaeda base in Yemen.
"Ryan's legacy is etched into eternity," the president told the fallen operative's widow, Carryn Owens, who sobbed.
