William and Kate go fishing in Canada

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have been fishing for salmon in waters that residents say are threatened by a liquid natural gas project, on the penultimate day of their Canadian tour.

Earlier they travelled by canoe to Haida Gwaii - meaning "islands of the people" - home to 5,000 inhabitants.

The BBC's Peter Hunt reports.
